Roots + Reset Cancellation & Refund Policy

Roots + Reset is an intimate, limited-capacity experience. Because accommodations, activities, transportation, dining and other experience elements are reserved in advance based on confirmed attendance, the following cancellation policy applies to all reservations.

Cancellations received on or before November 15, 2026:
Payments made to Thryve Roots are refundable, less a $500 non-refundable reservation deposit.

Cancellations received after November 15, 2026:
Payments are non-refundable. However, your reservation may be transferred to another eligible guest with prior written approval from Thryve Roots.

Selecting Shop Pay Installments or another payment method does not change the cancellation and refund terms associated with your reservation.

If Roots + Reset is cancelled by Thryve Roots, guests will receive a refund of payments made directly to Thryve Roots for the experience. Thryve Roots is not responsible for airfare, travel arrangements or other expenses booked independently by guests.

We strongly encourage guests to purchase appropriate travel insurance to protect against unexpected circumstances that may affect their ability to attend.
